A neat little thematic/cinematic coincidence I enjoy: in the 1995 thriller Se7en, Brad Pitt's character ends up embodying the deadly sin of Wrath. 9 years later he would portray Achilles in Troy, based loosely on the Iliad, which is the story of the Wrath of Achilles

@CSMFHT Also, each characters weaknesses are on the opposite ends of their bodies. Achilles's heel, obviously, and in Se7en, a head.

@CSMFHT In Ad Astra he questions himself after seeing space apes rip a man to shreds and says they remind him of his own Rage.

@CSMFHT Further coincidence: I left the theater well on my way to embodying wrath myself after sitting through Troy.

@CSMFHT And in both of them wrath for the loss of their loved ones, though Troy wouldn't have the balls to do it for real.

@CSMFHT They also had to slow down filming on "Troy" when Pitt injured his - wait for it - Achilles Tendon.
