And today, I walked into the Nova Exhibit in DC and heard a survivor, Noa Beer, tell her story, and I collapsed again. Uncontrollable tears. Panic attack. A stranger comes up to me. She too is in tears and offers me a hug. The security guy brings me tissues and I say thank you.

I thought I was done processing what happened on October 7th. I have been to the sites of the massacres in the Gaza envelope. I watched every video of Hamas’s atrocities. I had panic attacks every day for a couple of months. I had horrible pain light up all over my face and my.

I’m at the Christians United for Israel (@CUFI) summit for the first time, and I can’t help but imagine a future where there’s a Muslims United for Israel. The Bible mentions Israel and that’s enough reason for the 10 million active CUFI members. The Qur’an mentions Israel 43.

Gulf countries, long haunted by the specter of Iranian aggression, quietly welcome these developments. They may not say it aloud, but behind closed doors, the relief is real. For years, they’ve invested in missile defense and counterterrorism, all in anticipation of this moment.

The people of the Middle East deserve sovereignty, not to be foot soldiers in Tehran’s failed revolution.

This is a war of liberation not aggression: .Across Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, and Yemen, Iran’s influence has brought only warlords, failed states, and ideological colonization. The people who will benefit the most from Iran’s weakening are the people of those countries.

Much of the international peace process is performative theater; diplomats applauding each other’s empty gestures, issueing the same statements, and pretending to negotiate peace while ignoring the central obstacle: Iran’s sustained campaign of regional destabilization.

By acting decisively now, Israel is also changing the facts on the ground ahead of the France-Saudi-led UN conference on the two-state solution, a forum which, like many before it, lacks credibility without Israel at the center and peacebuilders at the table.

And as you can see, the world is responding. France, today, was quick to express its support for Israel’s right to self-defense. That wasn’t just diplomatic posturing, it was a signal. The rules of the game are changing, and the West knows it.

And at last, Operation Rising Lion is the response. It is not revenge. It is a strategic recalibratioa series of precision strikes that aim to not only reestablish Israeli deterrence, but restore Israel’s rightful place in the region and in the world.

Just a few weeks before that dark day, I sat in a closed-door security briefing in a European capital, watching senior Iranian officials rage over the momentum behind Saudi-Israeli normalization. Their fury was palpable. Their intentions were clear.

Let us not forget: Hamas committed October 7th on behalf of Tehran, to sabotage the nearing normalization between Israel and Saudi Arabia. The Islamic Republic could not tolerate a future in which Sunni Arab states and the Jewish state forged peace.

And let’s be clear: Israel’s Iron Dome is more than a defense system. It’s a symbol of a country that invests in protecting civilians. In an era where too many regimes hide behind human shields, Israel shields its humans.

This moment could also mark a domestic turning point. Everyone in Israel backs the decision to strike and dismantle the Islamic Republic so this is a unifying event for Israel. Netanyahu’s legacy could finally be restored after his government’s failures leading up to October 7.

A future in which an Iranian nuclear project doesn’t force neighboring Sunni Arab states to develop their own nuclear projects as insurance policy (because that's not a viable solution.).

Israel is not just fighting Iran, she is fighting for the future of the Middle East. A future where theocratic regimes don’t get to weaponize proxies, hijack Palestinian suffering, or sabotage regional peace (over and over again) from behind smoke and slogans.

Following the #Amsterdam #pogrom, we need #HakimZiyech to speak up! He’s a Dutch-Moroccan soccer super star. One of my favorites from an all star soccer team and a former #Ajax player. Unfortunately, last October, Ziyech posted a story with the call to the destruction of Israel.

Please vote but vow to hold both parties accountable for letting corruption pester. Vote and get ready to fight the extreme leftists for allowing Islamists to take our political, academic and cultural institutions hostage. Vote and get ready to fight the ultra-nationalist racists.
