⚽️ OK, here we go ... God help me 😅 - this time of year always makes me feel like a wrestling heel ripping up a kid's sign on the way down the ramp given some of the vitriol that can be attached to all-star announcements

⚽️ As far as end product - POYs was TOUGH this year - Girls all-stars is always a challenge due to our sides' depth, but I will say I think I could win a state title with our Honor Roll girls this year, which speaks to how competitive it was for top-30 spots - I love everybody 😅

⚽️ Breaking: 2025 News-Herald soccer all-stars, after days of deliberation, are done Oh, the relief 😅 Barring anything unforeseen, I should be able to announce it around noon tomorrow Now, we wait for the 7 pm state final to kick off, which should mean All-Ohio gets announced

⚽️ Man ... just saw how Bay lost Feel awful for Bobby & his side Suffice it to say, late WC equalizer into an extra time match winner is such a cruel exit They'll get that 1st 👑 since 93 sooner rather than later, but for now, just wanted to note out loud how bad I felt for them

An absolutely inexcusable pair of penalties is an appropriate ending to an absolutely inexcusable performance/loss I've loved the Browns since I was a little kid & always will ... but they make it so damn difficult 🙄 Change this for the better somehow PLEASE

⚽️ Also being particularly careful with all-stars I don't think it's going to be a huge shock to anyone that both player of the year decisions are a close call this year, so I want to make 110% sure I'm at peace with what I choose Overall, I'm getting there Anyway, go Browns 🏈

⚽️ Real quick as the Browns frustrate me 😅 - Expecting All-Ohio to be released like usual next day or so; will keep an eye out - Hope to have NH all-stars finalized tomorrow; unfortunately had to be Coach Lillstrung for 20 sides when compiling yesterday, which set me back
