Amidst reports of mass consumer complaints, @CAITIndia has written to Shri @PiyushGoyal , strongly raising the earlier demand to constitute a Regulatory Authority for e-commerce in India, while suggesting that the Ministry of Consumer Affairs should be given this responsibility.
