I have spent this year fully and without reserve knowing that every breath is sacred and each day is unguarded. I have saved those older than me and lost many younger. At the pale, they never regret life’s adventures , and wish only more breath to say goodbye to lost love.

STEM and the arts are so often pitted against each other nowadays. It would seem nonsensical to Leonardo da Vinci, who was both an artist and an engineer. We need science to improve life, and art to give meaning to it. It’s a partnership, not a war.

When so much in the news feels hopeless, it’s heartening to see funding extended for these essential services. They help keep people supported and connected in our community. Grateful for this ❤️

For people experiencing homelessness in DTES it can be hard to access basic comforts like a fresh meal or hot shower. I’m thrilled that services from @WatariVancouver and Aboriginal Front Door Society will continue with the Province’s extended investments. https://t.co/psL7Z5nv9D
