I am sharing this perspective from a @Nature article about the process of peer review. There is a need for balance, rigour but thoughtful request for additional evidence when is truly needed. Despite all of this reproducibility in science is low, especially in top journals.

Spoke in Sweden at ADPD conf on "Immunotherapy of AD by Modulation of Innate Immunity." Beginning initial trials of nasal Protollin to induce monocytes to clear Aβ and nasal anti-CD3 (Foralumab) to dampen microglial activation. So exciting to move the animal work to AD patients!
