@kareemjeanjr @MaxwellFrostFL That is an opinion not substantiated by fact. YOU ASSUME that Black people are always hired solely because of race instead of merit. Your inherit bigotry cannot allow you to acknowledge that Black people are as qualified as any other. In fact, we tend to better qualified in order

We just had a vote on banning DEI programs in the military. It was a tied vote at first, so it failed. Then, the Republicans did a revote to keep delegates from voting who are all people of color with diverse districts. It passed cause they disenfranchised diverse communities.

@MaxwellFrostFL Good. The equity agenda is massively destructive.

@BunneeShelton @MaxwellFrostFL Hiring unqualified people over qualified people over race instead of merit. That was easy.

@kareemjeanjr @MaxwellFrostFL to be considered whereas, white mediocre men are hired w/o any thought to their ability all the damn time. I've seen it after 30+ years in IT. You sir are a bigot & you didn't provide even a scintilla of evidence. That was your opinion based on your biases.

@BunneeShelton @kareemjeanjr @MaxwellFrostFL Why do you assume he was referring to black people? I’m trying to understand if DEI is for everyone or just black people? What about Asians? Indians? Muslims? poor white men, poor white women? poor people in general? After all if it is inclusion, shouldn’t it mean everyone?

@Carolyngc63 @kareemjeanjr @MaxwellFrostFL It's for everyone but the people who have a problem with DEI, almost exclusively don't want it bc they assume Black people are not qualified. You hear it all the time. A Black person has stolen a spot that belonged to a white person. If I had a $5 for every time I've heard that.
