Ever met someone who works on TV news and hear them speak in their regular voice? Let's just say, Black people code switch all the time depending on the situation and audience. It's not fraud, it's bc of white people.

It’s not code switching, it’s civil rights cosplaying. We have enough politicians playing. That’s why we’re here. Plus, it makes a mockery of the actual heroes he’s failing to imitate

Every culture has millions of facets to its spoken language. That's what makes language so beautiful to me. That man wants to make this a more perfect country and he's able to communicate in many ways. He should be respected. He has earned respect.

Um going from professional to how u talk to ur friends cool. Doing it on a public platform to fool people. That's not code switching. White people been doing it in politics for years. Hilary. AOC. they change voices for where they are to fake relatable. It's gross/manipulative

Trust & believe that's exactly what they're doing. They don't talk to you the way they talk to their close friends or family. Code switching is speaking in a manner that is non-offensive or understandable to white people.
