She doesn't have to do anything. She's an American citizen. She doesn't have to denounce anything. Who are you to think your opinion matters one bit? Do you have some sort of legal standing that you want to present to a court to disqualify her American citizenship? You don't.

Honestly, Kamala Harris needs to formally denounce her birthright citizenship of Jamaica. It would reduce concern if she would also denounce the right to be a citizen of India. Moreover, Harris is citizen of the USA by marriage only; of course, due to her mother voiding jus soli.

Try making a case with USCIS & they will laugh at your petition. If you're not an immigration attorney, you're talking out your rear-end. And this sounds kind of race-ish.

Kamala Harris has status of US Citizen By Marriage (2014). From father: Kamala Harris is Citizen of Jamaica. From mother: Harris can request to be Citizen of India (but duel citizenship is unlawful). Jus soli did not extend US jurisdiction into Canada as it would for Natural born
