Serious Question: how many sport coaches are being coached themselves? I know it’s a thing in S&C but curious about what sport coaches are doing.

Those FCS walk ons who just enter the transfer portal just after 1 semester should’ve just took that D2 offer or went to that local Division 3 school. Just my opinion 🤷🏾♂️

Coaches need to lead by example. There are far too many overweight - and unhealthy - high school coaches. Sorry, it’s true. As the off-season approaches I think coaches should look at personal development as much as team growth. Healthier Human 👉 Better Leader

In mid July I got an infection in my Liver Lost almost 20 pounds and completely destroyed my endurance. Almost 8 weeks later I can finally train again. Extremely de-conditioned. Great glimpse into what a new client/athlete experiences. Looking forward to the re-build.

I’ll turn 50 during this season and have 14 screws, a titanium rod, and a stainless steel shoulder, but would still walk across broken glass to suit up with my teammates from college and high school again for one more time. Enjoy this season fellas.
With game week upon us I’m reminded of this video. I go back to it constantly and it never fails to hit home. Cherish this time with your friends and football family. You never know when it’s gonna end and make sure you leave no regrets…#TheTeam

The problem is not motivation. The problem is consistency, accountability, and having a plan. You don’t need motivation…you need a coach.

Your athletes are watching. Put the soda down, lose the beer gut, take the dip out, and get fit. They’ll take notice and I’m guessing they will respect you more for it. Lead from the front!
