That is exactly what we are doing and have a chronic Lyme trial planned. We also found Borrelia protein fragments in monocytes #lyme.
@brucep13 @HealthBIOAI Could treating Long Covid with maraviroc potentially help those who also have chronic neuroborreliosis by reducing TNF a and IL 4? Can this inflammatory switch be turned off if viral fragments and bacteria are still present? Are there safer alternative meds to try? Thank you 🙏.

No surprise with this list especially exercise.
Things I’ve tried for my #LongCovid #Dysautonomia that ultimately didn’t help: .- Exercise.- Midodrine .- LDN .- Methylene Blue.- Cryptolepis.- Amantadine.- Metformin.- Various supplements: CoQ10, NAC, ALA, Zinc, Magnesium, Taurine, Quercetin, Curcumin, Resveratrol.

Persistence and replication competence are very different. HIV stuck to platelets as well. That’s where I started 25 years ago!.
@brucep13 How does your theory/study explain dsRNA in megakaryocytes of LC patients Dr. Patterson? I know you are not relying on the Peluso study that is clearly not well-crafted. Also, I'm interested in how your study definitively proves the "absence of viral replication."

Our just published data on Post-Vaccination Syndrome causing similar symptoms to long CoVID in the absence of viral replication as well as our findings of viral debris 3 years ago supports immune activation from viral debris as the prevailing LC mechanism. #LongCovid #LongVAX.
Major update from @MichaelPelusoMD in the PolyBio Symposium: UCSF's mAb trial did not find the treatment helped alleviate Long COVID symptoms. He speculated that viral persistence may be a less promising avenue for LC than many have long hypothesized.

My point exactly when people say Long COVID is due to replicating virus-these days LC patients have been reinfected numerous times. I’ve seen x7. I agree, we sequenced whole genome RNA and spike in our papers.
How do you know it’s not reinfection? Study of 2000 patients revealed 50% of patients with Omicron infections didn’t know. Did they sequence the spike?.
