The British Esports Association has partnered with global learning company Pearson to create a qualification for a career in esports. It's a first-of-its-kind BTEC.

This is great news! Perhaps a Level 1 or Entry level 3 qualification based around this could be introduced sometime for those learners who are not yet at that level but would like to learn and follow that career path
