Tusculum got a big bat from the junior college ranks, as former Terra State 1B/3B Mason Johnson will join the team. Johnson hit an incredible .494 with a 1.547 OPS, powered by 18 doubles, 17 home runs, and 82 RBI. He also added 11 stolen bases.

Game 2 was for the rings! @ThunderbirdBB Brady Malcolm delivered a gem on the mound with a CG shutout. Malcolm helped his own cause with a 2 rbi single while high school teammate JJ Schnieders broke the game open with a 2 rbi double.

Game 1 on Sunday was a semifinal win where @FJRounders guys stole the show. Wyatt Gasser (‘28 RHP) pitched 5 innings and Jarron Swick earned the win pitching the 6th and 7th. Evan Ellerbrock delivered a 2 out 2 rbi single in the 6th to put the Rev in the lead.

Sunday was a “funday” for the Revolution at the World Baseball Academy 18u Hoosier Classic. The boys finished 6-0 on the weekend with a 2-1 semifinal win and then a 5-0 win in the championship. #Viva #wheresgriff
