This is what REALLY annoys me. People pay ยฃ154 for a national broadcaster. We have constant coverage of the Hong Kong protests but not a word about the weekly protests in France. This is why the BBC etc. annoy me. How many times have this blatant bias been raised in the HoC?

Someone raised this with Iain Dale on lbc and he said that the gilet jaunes were old news now and thats why MSM didnโt report it anymore!!!

Also how many non Eu companies trade with us. They show how difficult it might be post brexit/no deal.... but they never show how all the non Eu companies do it- if they cared they would not try to scare everyone ๐ฆ๐ฆ

Absolutely. 100% shows just how much we are under the thumb of the E.U. We must come out of this Dictatorship over the Bloc. It is blighting us as a Country! We have to be independent of it! But, trade with Europe is Paramount. Then open up world wide trade opportunities.

On this I don't follow your logic.
What is special about the French protests? My s.i.l.was in Paris a few weeks ago and witnessed that days protest. Surprised that it was relatively small group and confined in one locality.

Although I understand why Hong Kong is of interest here, I agree that the BBC (& others) tend not to cover the huge anti-Macron protests throughout

& other significant news closer to home - ie Germany & Sweden for a start - & that's certainly questionable.

The HoC debating ePetitions including the BBC bias ePetition, has never changed anything. Like your vote, it's all done to give you the illusion that you can change the status quo - keeps the Plebs quiet...

Well France is part of the EU and God forbid they show anything negative as they are desparate to keep us shackled to this sinking ship. Shocking how little coverage there is of the atrocities occurring in France

EU have put a "D" notice on all media reports that have any bad reflection on the EU or it member states. Hence no reports on the Violence and rape in Sweden. The daily riots in Greece, the violence in parts of Germany, and of course the yellow vests protests against the EU.

Can afford to take camera crews on long distance flights to Hong Kong set them up in hotels etc with our cash but getting the Euro star is too out of their reach...
