@BrendanThompsn The more you can do, the better your chances are at the next level . By running the 400m effectively, you give yourself a chance to dominate all your other sports

@BrendanThompsn Did 300s in tempo work today. I’m getting back in shape but haven’t done anything over 200m in years. I got a massive pump in my glutes and hamstrings and a little in calf. The metabolic stress from longer runs to help spur morphological adaptions.

@BrendanThompsn Honestly any good athlete should be able to run sub 55 in the 400, it's a great test of speed, endurance, and mental toughness
