No different than a punch, if you want it to be effective you’ve got to follow through. Aim for an imaginary target 2-3” below the ground & drive THROUGH it. Notice the active ankle. You’ll know you’re doing the drill right when you can pop off the ground with each foot strike.

Since we are in an era where we rename everything that’s been named & performed before.. we will call these the Stationary A-Pops. Actually though, if you have literature to share on these being performed elsewhere please share it so I know where they came from before me.

@BrendanThompsn Can’t kids fake that? My son is the master of faking the movement actions without the right intent. And driving/pushing through the ground is one of his biggest challenges…
