We recently welcomed a new microscope to the facility. Meet our new Facility Line 3D STED from @Abberior. Really looking forward to seeing all the #superresolution data that our users collect. Thanks to the amazing staff at Abberior for all their hard work on the install

The image shared above was collected in the EM core from the @fradenlab and @theRogerslab. It depicts TEM tomograms of tubules made of DNA origami triangles. Colored panels are slices of the 3D reconstructions. Coloration indicates different monomers with unique interactions.
