It’s a few additional countries as well - it depends if the stores let you set the currency to ARS (this is why many e-commerce sites have taken off that option)

Sí, mientras la tarjeta sea del exterior en Argentina te dan la tasa MEP y en sitios internacionales que te dejan cambiar a ARS primero te dan el oficial y luego se reintegra la diferencia en la tarjeta al día siguiente (funciona igual)
