@BBCNewsnight "Sometimes mistakes are made". I agree @kimleadbeater. Studies show Drs get prognosis wrong 40% of the time. The real question is how many mistakes are 'allowable'? How much 'collateral damage' is okay? That would be the honest debate to have...
