Rain first thing so sorted out all posts & rope we had brought in from winter then cut greens, aprons & most of fairways finished off flymowing round bunkers & strimmed along 8th & 9th walls

Tees were long so had to flymo them before giving them a hand cut with clyinder mower as no chance of getting tees mower out yet far to wet, also carried on blowing some scarifying debris off fairways.

Last few days sprayed a penetrant on greens , started scarifying fairways, started tidying up round new drains on 18th, put old cores on side of 9th tees to cover old posts up & cleaned ends of ditches.

Sprayed a bit of a cocktail on greens today, scarified tees, blew debris off them & thanks to Jack from GGM for bringing a baroness greens mower over for us to try out.

Another problem with trencher stopped us on putting drains in 18th fairway again so carried on edging paths & sprayed some oxyturf & uKelp on greens yesterday.

After a dry weekend things a little drier out there so started on 18th fairway with trencher untill had problems with it hopefully baçk up & running tomorrow, slit greens & cut temp greens.

After more overnight rain course still saturated, changed holes, put a winter mat out on 18th & lots of rodding of drains & clearing leaf blockages in ditches today.

Miserable day today but got greens spiked before the torrential rain that came around midday also served all strimmers, blowers, flymos , chainsaws etc , fixed a puncture & went for a few more service bits.

Need a lot more days like this to help dry things out a bit, finished hand cutting greens, changed hols, brushed winter mats & some leaf blowing done.

A rare dry day today with a strong wind so should help dry things up a bit, slit wetter greens again, did some digging at back of 12th green to see if drain was clear, lots of leaf blowing & made a start on hand cutting greens.

19mm of overnight rain & had at last as much today it's just never ending, on with sorting drains out today & as usual tree roots the problem got it all running again just need to patch it up in morning.
