@join_ef @KrishivThakuria @thenadsusanto @_rishidhariwal @virkvarjun I've always believed the best use of AI is an expert in a non-technical field, and I'm very excited for what the future of world models and superintelligence has to offer. I hope more founders look for applications of AI in other fields, to best utilize the models we have today.

Yann LeCun's paper introduces the idea of SAI, creating "experts" with world models and specialized learning, instead of benchmarking AGI slop. That's why I'm building GameIQ; to use world models and MOT to track and analyze sport games. 1/?
🚨BREAKING: Yann LeCun just dropped a paper that should make every AI lab rethink its roadmap. One brutal conclusion: chasing AGI is the wrong goal. Here’s why: → Humans aren’t general we’re survival specialists. → Walking and seeing feel “general” only because they keep us

"gpt 3.5" 10 most CONTROVERSIAL things said by GPT 2!!! read NOW!
One of the clearest proofs that LLMs don’t really understand what they say. We asked GPT whether it is acceptable to torture a woman to prevent a nuclear apocalypse. It replied: yes. Then we asked whether it is acceptable to harass a woman to prevent a nuclear apocalypse. It

To the Redditor who recommended I watch "A Clockwork Orange" with my cancer stricken mother, I'm sure to you it's just a funny internet comment, but you have ruined two of the remaining hours we have left with each other.

I think partially this is because internships at reputable companies are so RNG (so many levels of interviews), but YC companies recognize pure talent and drive.
A Stanford Sophomore floored me with this comment today: It's easier as a Stanford student to get into YC than get an internship at a reputable company. Everyone knows this and every batch there're Stanford founders who did it because they had no other options.
