The Performance Centre team have taken the difficult decision to close for Bike Fit, Physiology and Aero sessions during March and April. We are monitoring the situation daily, and will update should this closure extend further. Should you have any questions, please get in touch.

During a recent bike fit, we looked at ways to improve this riders comfort and efficiency. Changing both shoes and saddle accommodated a more stable platform which relaxed the upper body, drastically changing his aero position, making him much more effective for the same effort.
