@TafferKing451 Honestly, the whole Shady Sands plot worked really well for me, on both a character level and on a "we can't have nice things because of psychos with bombs" level. To say it was done out of spite is a gross misrep of the plot point, especially with the tenderness it receives.

I finished the Fallout show and I cannot believe people have been arguing about it trying to erase New Vegas, especially with the later episodes. This app makes me feel insane. I’m so glad I spend less time in this stupid place.

@BlueKeyGames @TafferKing451 It has a huge impact and relevance to every main character in the show too, it's not "haha fuck New Vegas fans". It's a plot relevant development that fits the themes of the universe and there are plenty of other New Vegas references anyway.

@BlueKeyGames @TafferKing451 Yeah. It's understandable to be mad, you're supposed to be mad at the guy who did it. That was the point of it.

@BlueKeyGames @TafferKing451 Also to be fair, the sign says "first capital"! It sounds like the capital might be located somewhere else now, so it's not necessarily the end of the NCR or whatever.

@BlueKeyGames @TafferKing451 ...I mean, "we can't have nice things because of psychos with bombs" is The Problem. That's actually pretty directly thematically opposed to the first two Fallouts and NV. Old Fallout was about *rebuilding* from the ashes, not wallowing in them.
