Met w/EUSR Lajcak to discuss the way fwd. to full impl. of the Basic Agreement. I also emphasized that measures on 🇽🇰 remain unfair & they should be lifted as soon as possible. We also clarified that 🇽🇰's CoE membership & the dialogue are & should remain separate processes.

Thats right we must endure, Lajcak will be gone in 2 months and so will his absurd demands and biased dialogue.
