Neat way we kept a sense of community through the pandemic: The AI program at UNT has maintained a half-hour "AI Tea Time" regularly for over a year now. Cameras on, mics on, with multiple breakout rooms just to chat about AI or whatever else. A seminar or Q&A after every time.

Wishing a fond farewell to our first graduating MS student @HavisHHavisH who created a deep learning fall detection model for an airbag belt to help mitigate falls. Joined us in the first few days of the lab and stuck with us throughout. Moving on to Austin/Whole Foods HQ!
