@BingoBoca @RGVaerialphotos @Thom_astro I don't think you're gonna get even close with a "regular" lens. You'll need to go into actual big telescope territory (thousands of millimeters FL, very high focal ratio) to be able to reach that kind of resolution / resolving power from 400 km away. Plus a 5X focal extender.
