@BianchiniGP @OncoAlert From a practical standpoint, now that we use immunotherapy neo-adjuvantly, it would be nice if we could get some NCCN flexibility for folks with ER of 5 percent or so—ER poor but not technically zero. Insurances won’t cover IO in these ladies, maybe they shouldn’t? But still…
