Even better, we had to wear matching blue rompers with our names on the back in those fuzzy iron on letters😀 It was awesome when you were hanging on for dear life while sporting a huge wedgie for all to see. @Beth_Levy66 @Lindsie_Rose We didn’t have rompers; ours were cotton shorts and tucked-in blouse with collar & snaps. You had to take them home on Friday to be washed. Hell to pay if you forgot them on Monday. Showers every day, too. Only excuse was being on your period.
