Faculty de-organizing their students is a major counter-insurgency risk across multiple campuses. Profs must realize that, while students are leading this movement, divestment and de-militarization are literally within their self-interest.

Taking a break from Princeton’s Encampment after a significant attempt by β€œsupportive” faculty to de-organize student provocation and escalation ended up working, kneecapping our efforts to repitch. I’ll be back, but for now: students started this and students should lead it.

How many faculty and staff unions have put out statements in support of their encampments? How do we pressure them to see this as a labor issue? Like what the fuck?

The @PSC_CUNY leadership has not even shown up to the @cunygse encampment. They have not picketed. They have not helped students negotiate with administrators. It’s day three. Where are they?
