As the number of learning disabled people incarcerated in hospitals remains roughly the same, you have to ask what happened to the £62,000,000???
Numbers are going up @wesstreeting…. These are mostly people who don’t need to be taking up an inpatient bed, but who can’t leave hospital because there are no community services. Meanwhile, the abuses continue…
