John, the drivers are not the problem. The issue is the fact your engineers changed concept and ballsed it up. The season was screwed beyond repair in China. The blame game is never the right one to play, but if you must, level it in the right areas

I've given up on Lando Norris notably on 2 occasions. After Brazil last season & Baku this year. I said he wasn't cut out for it. Wasn't championship calibre. Since Baku, he's been exceptional and is producing championship level driving at the EXACT time he needs it

He lost 13 points to Lando this weekend and has lost 23 across the last two races (coincidentally, the same amount as Oscar has lost). Mathematically, he's still in it, but realistically it's over. He needs a miracle in Vegas just to have a chance
