Focussed on 5 CV RF's: ❤️High waist to hip, ❤️high BP, ❤️high LDL, ❤️inactivity, ❤️smoker. 99% ≥1 uncontrolled RF, 51% had ≥3 poorly controlled RF. Factors associated with increased CV risk factors: increasing age and frailty, anti-hypertensive drug use, lack of statin.
