This has honestly broken my heart. The best thing about supporting Southend is the friends we make along the way. Pete was one of the best I ever made, bonding over our love for sad and bizarre statistics. I will miss him dearly and send all my love to his family and many friends
I am saddened to announce the passing of my good friend, @SUFCRootsHall Historian and groundhopper extraordinaire Peter Miles (@PeterRMiles), who passed away on March 1st. Peter will be missed by his family and friends, the Shrimper community and all football people. RIP Peter 💙

342 people visited the Storehouse this week, with 18 declaring themselves to be homeless despite the best efforts of @SouthendBC to place them in B&B's during the pandemic. We now have a homeless pack covering the week (collected on Monday) & the weekend (collected on Friday).
