Thanks for the talk. It was a pleasure and you was able to express my thoughts better than I could do myself. Thank you 🙏
I had a rare conversation with @ArildTveiten, the man who quietly built Norway’s triathlon system, and transformed an entire endurance culture. What struck me was the mindset. 🚀This is entrepreneurship. In sport🫡 👉No limits, no excuses. 👉Iterate. Learn. Adjust. 👉Surround

Also huge kudos and mention to @ArildTveiten this guy started everything we now see of Norwegian athletes. To see what the guys and girls he developed have now achieved especially this year in Ironman is amazing. He saw the long term vision. 👏

Always amazed when cyclists in busy jobs, family fathers, do: 6x10 min threshold weekly Fast-paced group ride in the weekends Additional LIT work at VT1 And they lift heavy x2 per week …and then wonder why they don’t improve.

🇳🇴 The best IRONMAN debut ever? Despite a broken aero bar!

She'd already made her mark this season but Norwegian phenom underlined it in bold with her record-breaking full-distance debut.

Its so sad. On a day like this you are not proud to be Norwegian. Triathlon promotes a healthy lifestyle and a positive mindset that have changed many people’s life. And likely the ones who sabotaged this could benefit of a more positive attitude and mindset😳
Challenge Sandefjord gets cancelled as locals knock down road closure barriers so can drive on their merry way and this police rescind permission for event to run. 😞

Olympics is over and and we came back to Norway with no triathlon medals and huge disappointment. It was not what we have worked so hard for the last years, but I assume that’s life. And life goes on as normal. Looking forward to new challenges. Stay tuned.

Very interesting about the «Norwegian « double threshold training concept
Very interesting new study on the concept of "double threshold" training 🇧🇻 @KnutSkovereng @OyvindSandbakk et al examined the acute physiological responses following one long moderate intensity session vs. two shorter ones. https://t.co/ouhKPiJDT6
