Just curious why you consider this “unexpected?” Weekend high wind was discussed as early as Thursday.

You're right, we'll be more careful with our wording in the future. While high winds were in the forecast, the gusts were more powerful than anticipated. They led to outages in locations where we did not expect issues to arise and damage to our facilities that was unexpected.
