At today’s informal meeting of Ministers for Europe of EU and candidate countries, enlargement stood out as a confirmed strategic priority – gaining momentum in both words and action. 🇦🇱 is moving fast: 4 clusters opened, 2 final ones expected this year. 💪🏻

EU accession talks with Albania progress faster than ever. In @Europarl_EN, I reiterated that progress in negotiations is a clear sign of 🇦🇱's commitment & continued 🇪🇺 support. A whole of society involvement will be crucial to achieve 🇦🇱's goal to close negotiations by 2027.

Had a detailed discussion with Albanian colleague Mailinda Duka and Minister of State @APirdeni to strengthen our cooperation on 🇪🇺 accession process. Exchanged notes on the process, lessons learned, and upcoming challenges. Also talked about enhancing dialogue with EU member
