just like what Joy Barcoma said, calamities are normal. disasters aren't. gvmt officials should be ashamed every time a calamity hits and someone dies/a disaster happens, bc it shows how incompetent they are. but these people in power feel no remorse at all. wake up Philippines.
canโt even look at our own country without feeling sick just like those government officials who still canโt fucking recognize the damage they caused and keep doubling down on it. itโs like watching people in power stumble around blind while dragging everyone else down with them.
