One of my favorite uses of the @1080motion is decel work. Here is one of my brand new guys @AlejandroD2025 uncommitted WR/Slot guy. First video (just 3kg load) his body leaks force and he can’t find his inside edge…second clip he adjusts and handles those forces much more
