“Affordable” is such a loaded word in apartments, that it’s nearly useless. It’s just an opinion or comparison (less affordable than 2021, more affordable than existing stock etc) And when someone uses the technical definition, they always have to specify what they actually mean

@AnthonyClose It's brutal out here. I own my home thankfully but looking for a place for my FIL who is on a modest fixed income is nearly impossible even when we look well outside the prime areas. Even Pinellas Park and upper middle peninsula are wildly expensive
