Prof Greta Defeyter at Great North Paediatric Conference on food insecurity- made two critical points. Firstly, signposting is not enough (I can’t agree more!), and secondly it’s the whole family that needs supporting to help the child. That’s the integration we need. #GNPC

This important evaluation, funded by NIHR, showed that for every £1 spent delivering a programme that supports children with neurodisability, £2.75 of benefits are experienced by them and their families. The investment was almost trebled. @NIHR_ARC_NENC 🔗 https://t.co/98uYejNsiz
