What 3 foods do you associate with the counties of Ireland? For example, Kerry lamb, Galway oysters, Donegal Turbot, etc. My main three for Galway would be oysters, lamb and mussels but other people may think of different ones. #atasteofIreland #research #thisisIrishfood

Festival catering charges €1500 down ,they give you two of their card readers €225 you have to have 2 so €450 No cash at all, you can only use readers given and they take 30% of your gross income, Pure greed in large festivals , try support local independent ones instead

@LuckeLeftee If you are wondering why most of the decent food trucks serving good food have left the festivals that's why, not justifiable and couldn't pass on that mark up to punters, would destroy a reputation
