North Eastern & the Somali community are being flagged out & sited for the wrong reasons: CORRUPTION and THIEVOCRACY, despite professing Islam. It is disturbing that out of the 45 suspended health facilities, 15 are from the region (33.3%). Ten(10) are from Mandera County alone.
How can a MUSLIM steal from the public? Ashamed that the health facilities that were fraudulently paid tens of millions of public funds are predominantly from Mandera. Waziri @HonAdenDuale must ensure that these thieves are prosecuted and made to refund every penny they stole.
