@Amb_AlThani The Qatari ‘donations’ to American universities have been tracked. This is not rocket science. I would not call $4.7B over 20 yrs a small donor. Agreements bwn US & Qatar have led to the establishment of 6 American unis in Qatar. This look and smells very bad.
