4/ Misc: Block suspensions, Frozen balances. - Blocks now show account suspensions (1).- Frozen assets are now identified in accounts (2).

3/ App Escrow lookup support for localnet. The first 100,000 application escrow accounts will now resolve properly back to their application IDs. A small QoL improvement for localnet development.

2b/ Program hashes. Approval and Clear State program hashes are now calculated and displayed under [Application State] -> [Program Hashes]. Including 4KB chunk hashes (as paged in app updates.). Example use case: comparing deployed contract versions across networks.🧵
