10 year plan to grow it and profit off it would be the most accurate description. And this only has become a problem since Covid, before that we had no money for these grifts thank the Uniparty creating the homeless industrial complex.
The AHFC plan was supposed to reduce homelessness in Alaska. Hundreds of millions of dollars were deployed. Let's do a checkup.
