I believe that companies, countries, and frankly ALL organizations should be run with a balance of intelligence, experience, compassion, and emotion. And in my experience, the leaders most likely to possess that balance are women.

Let me see if I understand this: @pressable, which is the hosting company owned by @automattic, which is run by @photomatt, who just completely shut down core functionality to @wpengine and screwed all of the WordPress site owners on that platform without warning anyone in the.

Same! .I've been a customer for 8 years, which is how I convinced my new employer a year ago to move all of our @WordPress clients over to @wpengine. Now how do I explain this to them and the hundreds of volunteer non-profit @Rotary-based website owners we support, and who trust.
My heart is breaking. 💔.

You are not alone brother.
Not being able to do @WordPress updates because of the @photomatt/@wpengine fight is infuriating. For a small nonprofit, being caught in the middle of this could be costly if we need to migrate our sites to a new host. That money/time should be used for our mission.
