I am having issues with our Seagull Plus, or Pete as we call it. Your call center person does Not Speak English well at all and it is impossible to make any headway. As you can read previous posts…we love the product….Now we need help,service or so assistance.

Rip off. Stopped working after a month and reached out days ago. No reply and the phone call has you hold for 20 min and then it hangs up on you. This is pitiful
