@AfricaFactsZone @JacquesCIrumva Mass second hand clothing doesnt only kill domestic textile industry from being born or growing, it does worse. It infact kills ordinary people's capacity to dream that their country can ever make, or they can ever aspire to wear, first hand clothing.
