Just paid my personal trainer for a week in advance despite the fact that they closed our gym and we won’t be able to work out. It’s not a fortune but makes a difference for him. Do what you can.

We have a cleaner that comes once a week and has a young son. Will continue to pay her but have told her not to come and stay home with her son.
