I always advise Nigerian RNs to use Texas or New Mexico board of Nursing because they are good to us. It doesn’t matter which board you use, You can work in any state in America as a nurse, all you need to do is to endorse your license for your desired state. Colorado is good too

So I heard, but I don’t know anyone who has used them. My initial registration was with Texas board of Nursing, but I’m working in California presently.

@wallia_raja If you travel with a USRN, you get the same greencard so you are entitled to anything she’s entitled to. You are a permanent resident of the US.
